Boy do I have the perfect stone for you after what seems like the longest two weeks in US history. Amethyst is February's birthstone, and it's said to have lots of different healing powers - both physical and mental. Specifically for your nerves and insomnia. So please excuse me while I jump into a giant vat of amethyst like Scrooge from Ducktails and try to hold my breath for four years.
