Shipping Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order ship?
Orders ship between 1-5 business days after payment is received. We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding major holidays, so if your order is placed on a weekend it will be processed the following week. Please understand that this time frame applies to *ALL SHIPPING METHODS* including Priority and Express Mail. In other words, your order will go out in the order in which it was received, regardless of your preferred shipping method, so please make sure you consider the ship-by date when placing an order you need to have expedited! Custom orders are not guaranteed within this time frame, as they take additional time. Please note that Priority shipping is EXPECTED, not guaranteed.
How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive an email when your order ships that contains the tracking number! Please note that a label being created does not necessarily mean it is in the mail yet, as USPS has recently prevented packages from being dropped off in regular blue boxes. It may take around 48 business hours for it to be scanned into USPS and for tracking to appear.
Can I expedite my shipping?
Yes! Those options are available at checkout.
If I select express shipping, will I receive my item in 1-2 days?
Paying for Expedited Shipping does not guarantee that you will get your item in two days. It does, however, shorten the time your item will spend in transit after it ships. (If you live east of Ohio it is generally not worth it to pay for Expedited Shipping over Priority unless you absolutely need a guarantee of the arrival date.) If you need something by a certain date, please contact us in advance at email@example.com and we’ll try our best to accommodate you!

How do I track my package?
You will receive an email when your order ships that contains the tracking number!
Tracking says my package was delivered but it’s not there!
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and that you are shipping to a safe delivery address. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped. After we receive a delivery confirmation we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do - all the time!
International Orders all ship via USPS. Visible tracking can be limited as the package is processed internationally, and they usually - but do not always - have delivery confirmation. Please note duties and taxes are not included in the total checkout. Buyer is responsible for any and all customs/duties fees incurred. Check with your local postal or customs office for more information on the rules and fees that may apply to your country.
We cannot be held responsible for costs of repackages returned from customers - buyer is responsible for all international shipping costs. We are not responsible for packages lost internationally.

Help! I think my package is lost! What do I do?
Very rarely, a package can get stuck or accidentally re-routed, resulting in delays that can make it seem like it's gone missing. We like to wait at least four weeks before declaring a package permanently lost. Thanks for being patient! We cannot be responsible for packages lost internationally. Buyer is responsible for return shipping if a package is returned.
