What is your return policy?
Extended holiday returns.
Orders placed after November 1st may be returned for store credit as late as January 15th as long as they are unworn and in original packaging.
We will happily accept return requests for all non-custom items for store credit in the form of a gift card within 10 days of delivery. No cash refunds. We cannot make any exceptions to this policy, so please make sure you are able to personally receive your package within this timeframe. Please reach out to us to receive instructions for return.
- Custom orders & solid 14k gold fine jewelry : All custom orders & fine jewelry is made to order, and therefore are considered final sale.
If an item arrives damaged please take photos and send to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt of package.
Items must be unworn and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or store credit. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with non-damaged returns. Limit one return per item.
Incorrect Sizing and Resizing :
Each individual ring is custom made to the size(s) you specify and you are responsible for providing us with the correct size. If you order the wrong size for our thin 14k gold filled or sterling stacking rings, we offer resizing at a rate of $5 per ring plus shipping. Rings size 10 and up are final sale and cannot be exchanged for a smaller size.
For rings from our fine collection or any rings larger than our standard 1mm stacking rings, we offer resizing for a fee of $25.
For bracelet resizing requests there will be a $10 fee.

How do I initiate a return for store credit?
Email email@example.com first to initiate return. Items mailed without initiating return first will not be accepted. Download our return form and carefully follow instructions for return.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless we made a mistake or the item arrives damaged.
How long do I have to cancel an order?
If you need to cancel an order you must contact us within 4 hours of when you place your order. Many pieces are custom made and once production begins on them they cannot be cancelled or returned.
