What is your return policy?

We will happily accept all non-custom items for an exchange or store credit in the form of a gift card within 14 days of delivery.  No cash refunds.  All custom orders are considered final sale.  
Items must be unworn and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or store credit.  Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.   
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.  
After the first exchange on a single order a 20% restocking fee will apply for additional exchanges for that same order.

Oh no!  I ordered the wrong ring size!  Isn't that a custom order?

Each individual ring is custom made to the size(s) you specify and you are responsible for providing us with the correct size.  If you order the wrong size, you can exchanging for a different size at a rate of $5 per ring plus $3.50 shipping. Follow the steps below for initiating a return.

How long do I have to cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order you must contact us within 4 hours of when you place your order. Many pieces are custom made and once production begins on them they cannot be cancelled or returned.

I live nearby, isn’t it just easier to come by the shop and deal with my issue in person?

Nope!  This is basically a one to two man show, and our day to day plans change frequently and often require us to be out of the shop.  While I love seeing you guys, I absolutely cannot commit to meeting you at the store at a specific time.  Any customer service needs can and should be handled via email not in person.

I am literally standing in front of your store, it's currently open, and I have my item packaged as I received it with the return form and payment . . . now can I drop it off?

Sure.  Since we do not keep set hours we cannot tell you exactly when the store will be open, but if you are at the store, it's open, and you have completed all the required steps and have your printed and filled out return form you can drop it off.
