Shipping

Orders ship between 1-5 business days after payment is received.  We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding major holidays.  

Please understand that this time frame applies to *ALL SHIPPING METHODS* including Priority and Express Mail. In other words, your order will go out in the order in which it was received, regardless of your preferred shipping method, so please make sure you consider the ship-by date when placing an order. 

If you need something by a specific date, feel free to reach out in advance and I will do my best to accommodate you!

Returns

We will happily accept all non-custom items for store credit in the form of a gift card within 21 days of delivery.  No cash refunds.  Custom orders & solid gold pieces are final sale.  To return an item, items must be unworn and in their original packaging in order for us to process your return.  Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.  Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless we made a mistake or the item arrives damaged.

Please understand that each product is made to order, and customers are responsible for measuring their rings and wrist size.  Requests for resizing may incur a fee depending on the product.
