Gemstone Feature : Moonstone

What better gemstone for spring than moonstone - a stone for "new beginnings."  Moonstone is a beautiful gem that ranges in type and color.  From white, to colorful rainbow moonstone, to gray moonstone, this celestial gemstone is gorgeous in any form.  Moonstone is strongly connected to the moon and to intuition, and helps channel inner growth and strength. 

Physically, it's the stone most associate with female fertility so . . . I don't know use protection if you're not ready for that.  It's helpful for all of the ebbs and flows of female hormonal / cycle-related things such as PMS, pregnancy, childbirth, menopause etc.  Because of moonstone's strong ties to all things female, it is also believed to help men get in touch with their feminine side and eases "overly macho" behavior (possible cure for toxic masculinity?  Just slip some moonstone in their pocket and see what happens!).

Emotionally, moonstone is great if you're in an emotional / life bind : it will help you calm your emotions, and sort your feelings, reduce emotional reactions to triggers, and cleanse negative energy.  

Mentally, moonstone is most notably connected to intuition.  It helps channel inner growth and strength.  If you sleep with it, it promotes dreaming, which helps bring mental clarity as well as clairvoyance.
