Teen Vogue, New York, New Year, and Thank YOU!

2013 was a huge year for DLJ.  Our first and second jewelry studios, the launch of delialangan.com, a move to NYC, and last but not least, a feature in Teen Vogue!  I am so flattered, grateful, and thrilled to be featured in Teen Vogue's February 2014 edition with the very talented and beautiful Clare from Clara Belle Blog.  What a great shot of the Heart Bracelet, huh?  While I don't know much about magazine layouts, I can infer that the Heart Bracelet has a prime spot in the spread because it's opposite of where the Surgeon General's Warning usually goes.  I can't wait to see what new doors this feature will open for DLJ.

In other news, DLJ has officially left San Francisco and has relocated to a studio in Park Slope, Brooklyn.  I'm so happy to be back in NYC that I don't even care if the Polar Vortex froze my toilet and has left me without water (why camp when you can just deal with Manhattan real estate?  Builds character!).  I'm going to miss San Francisco so much, but it's so great to be back in NYC where I can be inspired by the incredible fashion in this city and work on very new designs and techniques.

On a final note, my New Year's resolution is to average one thank you card a week - in other words, be more openly and actively grateful.  I wish I could write a thank you card to every single one of my customers, but my arm would fall off and I would no longer be able to make your jewelry.  I want to express my extreme gratitude to all of you for your support.  Thank you for your business, for your kind reviews, your hospitality at trunk shows, and for making my dream job come come true.
